£4.99/yr to stay live
After that first year, it's £4.99 per band per year to keep the profile active and cover the cost of running the servers. Renew whenever you're ready, cancel anytime.
Replacements get a fresh 12 months
Lost a band? Order a replacement at a reduced price and it starts a brand new 12 months, from the day you activate it. Any time left on the old band's subscription doesn't carry over or stack.

A few questions we get asked

What happens if I don't renew?

If a band's yearly renewal lapses, your band will become inactive and scanning will no longer work. Renewing brings it straight back online.

I lost my band. What happens if I order a replacement?

Replacement bands are priced lower than a new band, since it's a like-for-like swap. It also comes with its own fresh 12 months included, starting from when you activate it, not from when your old band was first activated. Any time you had left on the old band's subscription doesn't carry over or stack with the new one.

How do bulk discounts work?

Buying 2 bands together gets you 10% off the band price, and 3 or more gets you 15% off. The discount applies to the band cost only, P&P and each band's renewal price stay the same.
